最近跟庭儀姊姊去運動,真心喜歡BODY PUMP的課程!
感覺經過一個月的訓練後,感覺身體確實變緊實了,而且現在走路完全抬頭挺胸、不駝背,超滿意的啦^^
簡單來說這是一種"舉重有氧",內容就是拿槓鈴、槓片配合著熱血的節奏音樂做一連串阻力訓練的動作,來訓練身體各個部位並雕塑身體曲線~~~
